I was a new patient with Erica. She listened to all of my concerns. She asked relevant questions and displayed a genuine interest in my concerns. She commented on some of my past medical history. She offered some possible treatment plans and asked how I felt about them. After making a joint decision, we proceeded with the plan. She explained when and why she wanted me to return. Within in short period of time, I had follow-up notes, new medications available for pickup at my pharmacy and comments on the test results available on the Atrium website. I finished my visit feeling so much better than when I entered. I look forward to my follow-up visit with her to check the results of the new treatment. I would highly recommend Erica!
