Dr. Erika Bono is the best primary care physician I have been with. She completely listens to me and my wife, my health advocate, and explains everything in layman's terms and makes sure we both understand any of her comments. Dr. Bono always ask me, and my wife, if we have any questions and/or concerns to discuss with her. The nurse for Dr. Bono always escorts me to the lab where the staff is very friendly and professional. My wife and I are so blessed that our gastrologist listened to our concerns and recommended Dr. Erika Bono. I, and my wife, look forward to continued interaction with Dr. Bono and her supportive staff as we continue our journey through our senior/retirement years.
I already said how great she is but in case it gets missed as the best part of my visit, she is the best provider I have met and I look forward to working with her every year and sharing my accomplishments and challenges. I trust her to always tell me what I need to know and the be kind when I am not doing as well as I could.
She is always helpful and concerned that her patient is receiving the proper care. As a patient that has had a few medical issues in the past she is always willing and puts forth the effort to ensure that past and current medical issues have been resolved or are currently being treated. Her confidence gives patients the reassurance they need in believing they are receiving the medical advice and treatment they need.
Dr. Bono was knowledgeable, professional, calm, and caring during my visit. I felt very confident about the care I received. She explained medication risks/benefits and made recommendations for follow up care. She was prepared for my first visit and had reviewed my past medical history. She explained how to message her or schedule an appointment for sick visits if there is a need. She was very thorough and answered all my questions.
