Very attentive and listening to my concerns
Dr. Vassil is an impressive physician. I was visiting to address a course of action regarding suspicious findings on a yearly lung screening. She explained the findings and the courses of action and their alternatives in a way that was understandable and logical. All while putting me at ease with making a decision.
The doctor and nurse were EXTREEMELY professional and advised me in great detail on my medical condition and what to do to minimize it. I'm so pleased with the results of the visit that I look forward to our next. I feel as though I am in most competent hands.
Dr. Vassil is very thorough and explains things in a way that I understand my conditions. She also answers when I send a message through my portal very quickly. The nursing staff is also very friendly and kind.
The doctor appeared very irritated with me and had very little bedside manner. She treated me as if I were completely brain dead and was impatient and unkind. I felt very upset as I left the office as I'm not used to that kind of treatment.
Well, I wanted an earlier appointment than the one Dr Vassils Team had given me, so they said they would call me if they had a cancellation... They did have a cancellation and the Team done what they said and got me a earlier Appointment ... Great Team!!

The doctors order for a cat scan discovered stage 1 lung cancer as well as a highly probable prostate cancer. I was referred to a urologist and a oncologist who working together treated my early cancers with good results.
