Serious health concerns handled efficiently, with clear explanation, consultation and treatment plan. Before I left office, treatment plan appointment established with written instructions.

Never had such a good one!

I am always impressed with Dr. Crane's professional answers to questions. She is to the point and I appreciate that. It makes me trust her to know what is best for me when she treats me as someone who is intelligent and interested in trying my best to be healthy . Her notes after each appointment are thorough and at time a bit lighthearted as when she referred to my 'new pair of sandals' which I believed helped my neuropathy. During our session when I said that she humbly added: It could also be that enough time has elapsed since chemo....how true! To the point...perfect and I hope she never changes. Sometimes I feel like we are having an interesting conversation instead of a clinical discussion about cancer. She is able to merge knowledge and experience with a light-hearted attitude that makes me feel comfortable and reassured. I can't find the right word when I say 'light-hearted' because she is always professional....maybe the word is kind..she is kind and understanding during our appointments.

Dr. Crane is great, she inspires confidence from the first time and explains exactly what she does during her work. God bless her!
