Lady at front desk was welcoming. Nurse was very friendly and helpful. Nurse who did my blood work was friendly and very efficient. Dr. Seemab is friendly, personable, very thorough, and explains things very well. She listens and does blood work to find causes for some of my complaints and suggests different things to make my health better. I had a great experience every step of the way!

I have nothing against my provider, but I wasn't asked questions, given other options, told what to expect, awareness of side effects for prescribed medications, lack of sincere interest in my problems as relating to pain and quality of life. I haven't had a good experience with my provider with my personality and needs. I wish I was asked a couple questions, or asked if I had any questions. I am very uncomfortable with my current ailment and wasn't satisfied with my level of care at any point I've been there. The nursing staff, reception, and lab techs are 10/10 great staff. Unfortunately the provider does not show great care or intentionality of truly listening to their patient.
Dr. Seemab seems nice but like most providers, doesn't really listen nor allow me as the patient to complete a sentence to explain what is going on. I feel rushed, cut off when speaking, and that my symptoms are overlooked and not understood.
