Not aware I was seeing him with his PA and another person. He walked in and said I'm Frank and introduced them. Whole time he stood across the room to talk to me while I was sitting. Office beautiful and clean but very difficult to get an appointment. I kept getting told referral under review , someone was calling me and didn't, nurse reviewed and calling me but didn't until I called every week for a month . Now I am waiting to hear about a referral to a neurosurgeon for possible cervical issue . As a retired RN it is very upsetting to see all the delays now to get care needed .

Dr. Arko and his team were extremely caring and forthcoming regarding my health options. I look forward to continuing further treatment options with them.

The nurses were professional and friendly and very nice.during procedure she was very good at what she did.in discharge that person was sure I understood what I had to do for next test.was not told w h enough that would be received a recorded message yesterday as to where to go when etc.had to call Sanger to verify where to go what to do regarding meds before.at discharge was given hand written note regarding meds.no other information.been with Sanger for years was a bit disappointed in the way the discharge was handled really the way the doctor wasn't very friendly.
