This was by far the best medical appointment I have ever experienced from a timeliness perspective. I arrived a few minutes early as instructed. Check-in proceeded quickly. I was told to sit in the waiting room and I would be called to an exam room shortly. I was almost immediately called to the back. The nurse asked several questions, took vital signs and advised that the physician with be with me soon. The physician came in the door as the nurse was leaving. This was my first time to see this physician. He was thorough and cordial. He took time to answer all my questions. As he left the room, the physician advised that the nurse would be in shortly to complete any further paperwork and see to my discharge. The nurse literally came in the door as the doctor was exiting. I made a point to inform the doctor that I had never experienced such a wait-free medical appointment. I did not check, but I am fairly certain that I was out of the office close to the time of my originally scheduled appointment. I would like to express my appreciation to the physician and the entire staff for their many courtesies during my visit.

Dr Schafer is very respectful and caring, and I enjoy my visit with him. He take the time to explain whatever is going on.
