This appointment was delayed because of weather, that is OK. Once they changed the appointment I received THREE phone calls asking me to confirm. I received an additional THREE texts asking me to confirm and the system also asked me to complete my forms AGAIN for the new appointment (I had already entered all my data for the original appointment). Your automatic mailing/calling system needs a LOT of work to make it user friendly!!!
