Dr Rackoff has been my care provider for 22 years. We have a good rapport and I am extremely comfortable talking to him about my health. I try to be proactive about it, so I see him annually. We discuss my test results and courses of action. Communication is excellent. The support staff is also excellent in helping with appointment set ups.
