The care I have received has been great, from the staff to the Doctors.

Dr Dodds spent 30 minutes talking with me and reviewing my history. He allowed me to initiate the conversation without interruption. He listened and commented after I had finished talking. He did not seem in a hurry to get to his next patient. He did not interface with the computer screen very much as most providers do but instead interacted with me. He presented a very understandable plan of care. This was a most impressive initial interaction.

It is really hard to get an appointment. I don't understand why I can't set up my next year appointment at my current year visit. Even if you decide you need to change the date and move me to another date in eight months, that's better than me having to call up repeatedly in about eight months to try to get an appointment and hope that you've opened up appointments in the month that I need the appointment for. It's kind of ridiculous.

He was very patient, and kind.

They were on time, it was obvious that my chart was studied before I met with the Dr. He explained things in clear terms as to what he recommended and why. I felt listened to and was able to ask any questions I might have.

Dr. Dodds is an outstanding doctor!!!!!! Delighted that I have him to go to.
