Any and all questions pertaining to "the care provider" being 10/10 is solely about Gracie. Likewise, any and all questions with negative feedback is solely about The nursing staff, check in staff and lab staff. The nursing staff, the check in staff and the laboratory staff have, time and time again, been EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional and snide. My wife and I are our child's parents and their sole advocates. if we have questions about something, such as "what labs are we drawing?" That should be answered! If we request to get weight and height at the end of a well visit, that is our right! Instead of putting on the chart that we refused the height and weight, the nurse should have respected our request since our child would not sit still long enough to get weight at the time. The snide comments made by staff are exceptionally rude and unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed by this practice's lack of decorum time after time. To the point that we have looked for a different provider. Gracie is fantastic. But your staff has made it so unbearable, that we would rather leave the provider our child has become comfortable with, than endure another interaction with them.

Extremely happy with them. They are excellent with the kids.

Dr. Crowder is always a pleasure to have as a provider. She very energetic and sweet! The only somewhat negative thing I have to say is, she can be very fast paced. I understand that right now is a busy time with the flu going around like crazy but I wish I didn't feel like our appointment was so rushed. But she did answer my questions and listened while I ranted about our experience at the ER the night before. I can say she really is a great doctor.
