I love Dr. Corral and I will continue coming to this practice but my criticism comes from the office's lack of time management. I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be taken back and another 15 to be seen and my appointment was scheduled for 8am. They should not be that backed up so early in the day. For later in the day appointments I've already waited north of an hour. Most of us are going to appointments needing to return to work, we can't spend all day waiting in the office. Scheduled appointment time slots should be honored as closely as possible. I understand back ups happen due to appointments running long or emergencies, but at 8am (2nd appointment of the day according to the front desk!) there really is less excuse.
Was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable I had a concern regarding itchy dark blotches showing up on my body. Dr. Corral examined the skin issue area informed me exactly what it was, what to use to stop itching, let me know they were not serious.
He is just so attentive and awesome! I highly recommend him ! He is a great listener and gives great advice!
