Informative, knows my history, makes me feel a real partner in my care, gives doable goals, praises my efforts, suggestions for improvement based on medical facts, is very supportive, manages my appointments and medications efficiently and amazingly I leave feeling great about myself. I'm a retired RN and she is phenomenal.
