I had an easy report on my condition. She was easy to understand and patient with my questions. I wish she was my primary doctor.

Hannah smith has been wonderful. She really listens to me and she is always trying to come up with ways to help.

I received more information from Hannah than I did in the previous many years with my other provider. She came up to speed on my history, she provided me with scenarios going forward and eased my concerns. She is a real star.

The care provider experience was as expected. Unfortunately, there was an audio/video delay during the appointment that required the provider and me to pause from over talking the other.

Everyone was great!!

Hannah Smith NP and her nurse were both professional but also at ease with me. Their mild and appropriate sense of humor was appreciated and made it easier to talk about symptoms, especially since bowel habits are not easy to talk about!

Met with NP Hannah Smith. Extremely professional, knowledgable, had read and gone through all my records the evening before. Had a long discussion about procedures, results, plans for going forward. This was the first time in over a year I felt someone really listened to what I had been experiencing for more than a year. As a retired RN with many years of experience in Gastro, it has been extremely frustrating, and for the first time,in a long time, I felt someone listened, had a plan, and was committed to helping me. I was so impressed by her and so grateful to finally have some answers and get back to my normal life.

She was great. I was very impressed with her knowledge of my background and her listening to my concerns. My only complaint is that I tried to get an appointment for months.
