Dr. Longin was wonderful she took he time to explain what was happening and the next steps to take. Her bedside manner was great. I felt very comfortable talking with her about my concerns. I highly recommend her.

Dr. L was 30 minutes late seeing me, after the tech spent 10 minutes with me. BUT I am not complaining. I told Dr. L that I know how hard she works with me and that is her SOP in treating others. The system, designed by widget counters, sets appointment times in 15 minute intervals (IF you can get an appointment). So, any good MD either must rush with each patient, or have a traffic jam for the next patient waiting 10-15 minutes to see the MD. And if you are the forth in line for that hour one would be waiting 1hr. or longer to see her/his MD. The system continues to disregard how long a patient MUST wait. BUT signing in more than 15 min. after a patients "appointed time" will result to maybe being put at the end of the line that day. BUT most commonly reschedule. My wife and I know our Atrium doctors very well. In almost ALL past appointments depending on the MD, wait times 20-60+ minutes wait times. A number of times se have called to say we would be late because of; road accidents, heavy traffic or construction. The response from that MD's office I, we have 15min. to sign in before the dreaded "bottom of the appointments that day". The widget counters must have worked for a DMV.
