Helen took the time to work me in on the day of this visit. She had reviewed my records as this was the first time I had seen her. She did not brush the appointment and allow me to ask questions. My complaint is. regarding scheduling and administrative issues. Three appointments were canceled in succession, including on the day of this visit. I was called the morning of the appointment three hours prior to say that I could not be seen. I was now postop two weeks having had my one week postop appointment canceled also. Helen kindly opened up a slot for me at the end of her workday so I could be seen.
