Dr. Slisz has been terrific, and all the staff members at the front desk are warm and friendly. I appreciate how they greet me with a smile. Dr. Slisz always answers any questions I have. I also appreciate how reliable they are with prescription refills.
Dr. Slisz is nice, but the visit overall felt rushed. It felt as though questions were being asked from a screen with the sole purpose of checking the boxes. No other questions were asked and nothing was expanded on. There was no conversation of lifestyle or nutrition, and had little-to-no opportunity for me to ask about concerns. I've had wonderful experiences with Dr. Slisz in the past and via the app - I'll chalk this experience up to being at the end of the day and perhaps being judged as a relatively young and healthy person. I left feeling frustrated and as a number the system.
