I loved Dr Naylor. He explained everything, and definitely put me at ease.
Dr Naylor was easy to have a discussion with and it was a positive experience
Better Appointment system
The provider was extremely easy to talk to. He talked to me in a way that I understood. Both clinical teammates that I encountered were extremely nice and well equipped to do their jobs.
Excellent experience with Dr. Naylor and his staff
Although this provider saw my granddaughter, I liked him well enough that I think I may use him as my cardiologist.
I am very pleased with Dr. Naylor. He is thorough and took his time with me. I'm in good hands.
Dr Naylor listens, explains and communicates in easy to understand terms. He knows my history and instructs future goals and needs.
From the start, I was struck by the professionalism and attentiveness of my cardiologist. He reviewed my most recent transthoracic echocardiogram (TTE) results in a clear and structured manner, walking me through key findings in language that was medically accurate yet accessible. Given my age and lifestyle-both of which were acknowledged as important factors in designing a care roadmap-he took the time to outline actionable options. These weren't generic suggestions but thoughtfully selected based on my unique context, risk profile, and long-term goals. What made the encounter particularly impactful was the level of attentiveness he showed throughout the consultation. I arrived prepared with several questions, not just about my immediate symptoms but about broader concerns-such as potential triggers, long-term medication management, and lifestyle modifications that could contribute to improved outcomes. He listened to each one without rushing or glossing over details. Not only were my questions welcomed, but they sparked a collaborative conversation around possibilities and preferences. This two-way exchange fostered a sense of partnership. I didn't feel like a passive recipient of medical advice; I felt like a co-architect in designing my path forward. That kind of relationship isn't something that can be quantified, but it's deeply meaningful when navigating a diagnosis that requires vigilance, strategic care, and emotional resilience. Given that I am a proactive individual when it comes to health planning, I appreciated how he outlined not just what might happen but when and why certain interventions would become relevant. He explained a phased approach: beginning with further diagnostic testing to better characterize my AFIB episodes, followed by strategic consultations with specialized colleagues for rhythm control and lifestyle-based therapy optimization. These next steps aren't just about treatment-they're about alignment with how I live and what I value. The recommendations were realistic, taking into account my daily routine, commitment to longevity, and desire to preserve quality of life-not simply extend it. While expertise is essential, it's the tone and tenor of communication that elevates a provider-patient interaction. The encouragement I received-grounded in science, but delivered with warmth-was just as therapeutic as any medical intervention. Facing a chronic condition can sometimes feel isolating, or even overwhelming. My cardiologist acknowledged the emotional side of AFIB without indulging in alarmism. He emphasized that people can live full and active lives with proper management, and backed that statement with evidence and personal anecdotes from past patients. Great location and clean facility as well. Very helpful staff. One improvement I would suggest is that you change the name of eCheckin to ePre-Checkin since you still need to physically tell them you have arrived.
Most wonderful, caring, doctor that I have ever encountered. Thank you
