Very easy to talk to

Dr. Pimental is always so Patient and Understanding about my wants and needs. I always feel so Comfortable speaking with her.

Appointments need to be spread out more. Gentleman called today and did not tell us he was replacing an appointment for someone who already had and appointment with my mother. Also he didn't understand that we had already told the other Physical therapists that we could on do 1 appointment per week as he was trying to schedule 2. So many different meds also made it difficult to manage who was going to fill them. That should have been explained before she was released. Too many visits by too many different people.

No one talked to me about healthy lifestyle becuz it wasn't necessary. I live like a health nut but am always willing to listen to ideas. But it wasn't needed in this case.

Jaime is always kind and willing to listen to me. She's helpful and gives rationale for her decisions. I highly recommend her.

I could tell she read my files before coming in.

She takes the time to listen to me. We sit and we talk and get to the root of my problem. I never feel rushed. Even though I know she has other patients to get to share always makes me feel like I am her only patient. I wouldn't trade her!!! ?

Jaime NP was a true professional and listened carefully too all my concerns, she was able to correctly, diagnose and treat me therefore, I am slowly feeling better and that I am thankful!!
