The reception/checkout area is not efficient at all! There was three people and none of them seemed to care if patients were being helped. At one point there were three patients waiting to check-in/checkout and only one reception person was doing anything! That reception person had what looked like a cosmetic counter at her station! Bottles of perfume, lotion and whatever lined up on the counter.....not very professional at all! I find this to be a huge problem at numerous Atrium offices! Very concerning!
