Getting prescription refill was confusing and difficult but it worked out in the end.

Dr. BERGER IS THE BEST DOCTOR AROUND! I highly recommend him. He is down to Earth and always carings and very helpful. Was not impressed with the nurse lady who took me in the room. She was very unfriendly. However, it won't stoo me from ever going back to my doctor because he is awesome!

Dr Berger is one of the greatest assets you have. Make sure you keep him happy!!!!!!

So thankful to have found this provider. While he may have a lot of patients, he will intentionally make the time to meet you where you are, be refreshed easily and do whatever to help. I came into him as a patient more recently, but I don't believe that seems to matter in quality of care he gives. He seems intentional which speaks of his character and kind, even if delivering unpleasant information. Always a positive experience which isn't always the case with providers in today's medical world.

DR Berger has been our family's PC for many years. we have a good relationship with him and value his input. The support staff experience has been less than expected. Often, we have to follow up on things that are not done in a timely manner. The most recent example is I was approved by Berger for a referral to a gastroenterologist. A week later, the referral had not been sent. I was told in a MyChart message that it could take 2 weeks. That's too long.
