Dr was Patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I arrived about 30 minutes prior to my appointment, and was seen 15 minutes before scheduled. Dr Ham and his assistant (I know her name started with a G) were professional and courteous and worked well together. They explained what they were going to do. When I asked a question it was answered in words I understood! The procedure was not quite painless, but Dr Ham took steps to make it as pain-free as he could. He has a great bedside manner. I would recommend him to anyone needing knee care.

Though I wasn't able to get an appointment when I needs it initially, I was able to take advantage of the automated waitlist and move my appt up.

Always an excellent experience with Dr. Ham.
