Dr. Hatchell is very thorough and listens to all concerns. He explains things in terms you can understand and answers all questions and addresses all concerns. Very kind and patient too!

An excellent experience as always at this Atrium location. The customer service was great. No long waits in the waiting room or after I was moved to the room for my examination. From the receptionist, the attending nurse, and Dr. Hatchell, everyone was courteous and helpful during check-in and checkout.
