Jenna is absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. Jenna's nurse was approachable and spoke to me with respectfully. Jenna and the nurse are a perfect example of the Atrium/Advocate Core Values. The lab tech that drew my blood had no personality. I'm usually great with blood draws but she stabbed the needle in my arm rough, and it even hurt when she pulled the needle out. When I stated "ouch that blood draw hurt" she said nothing. No compassion and needs a new job if she treats everyone like she did me.

Jenna is GREAT and has been since day 1. I have complete trust in her.

Jenna is a good nurse. Though I much prefer to see my doctor. That being said, my doctor knew about this visit and provided Jenna with information regarding my history as an asthmatic. I really appreciated it.
