She was very nice . Made me feel real comfortable. You could tell she really does care about you as her patient. You could definitely tell she is smart and those what she's doing. I would definitely recommend anyone to go see her that has any heart conditions. You could tell she really cared about you and when did the detail about my medical situation.

Jennifer (Jen) was absolutely phenomenal!! She took the time and explained everything completely! Feel very confident in her assessment of dad's current health and what needs to be done to the going forward!

Very nice and answered all questions

Jennifer was very clear when explaining meds, my heart problems and what would come next in my care. She was very encouraging and commended me on weight loss. The asst. Nurse was wonderful and very encouraging. They both made me feel comfortable when I asked questions. Jennifer 's instructions has placed me back on my feet and I'm now very active. She has taken time to call me at home when I had issues with meds and gave great advise to resolve the problem. She is never late with conversation about test results.

Very capable provider and does a great job

This was the first time I saw Jennifer and I liked her very much. It takes a long time to get an appointment at Sanger Clinic in Shelby. I can get an appointment with other doctors six months or even a year in advance. But Sanger Clinic always tells me their books are not open yet. And they will call but I don't receive a call.

I was treated well by the staff and given the time needed to discuss my condition. The doctor made me aware of a procedure she was recommending and why it was good for my situation. I felt heard and am grateful for the care shown.

Very enjoyable visit. All my concerns were addressed and explained. One of my best visits ever.
