In retrospect, the PT was not worthwhile.

I was very impressed and happy with my experience at this appointment. The doctor was very caring and gentle during my examination and I was very impressed with her knowledge of my surgery. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with the whole outcome of my visit. Highly recommend this practice.

To be honest I was so out of it I really didn't know what was going on. But over all the experience was good. The call after the hospital visit was very pleasant. They made sure that I was okay.

good customer service

I did not have the phone number listed under my contacts so the first they tried to call, my phone did not put the call through. I had to go into my phone's system to change it so all calls would come through. If the number to be used was sent as part of the information about the time of the call, I could had added it as a trusted number. Aside from that, all my questions were answered and the fact they continued to call until they I answered was a huge plus. I appreciated the fact they did call back.

Everyone at this practice has been extremely helpful. Would recommend highly.
