I really like Jennifer Gonzales but I feel that Atrium offers less care than Novant because your communication system is really really terrible. I have great difficulty get refills or asking questions of my doctor. It's impossible. And I even got someone else's mammogram results!!! I was terrified and then discovered it was a mistake. I told the woman who called me but she did not relay the info to Ms Gonzales. I am really upset with Atrium.
Very caring, provides great support, treated me in a professional way (everything was clear).
Wonderful, assistant (idk if RN, CNA, etc) was WONDERFUL, staff understood and accommodated me for passing out at blood draws, NP/Dr was attentive and understood my need and worries about potential for reopening internal bleed. Sat in the lobby for approximately 30 seconds after checkin even though I was early. Etc. Paperwork took the full 5 business days, and front was a little upset that I was calling to pester about it, but seemed to understand when I explained that it was because my leave authorization company is bugging me in return. Overall a very good experience.
I tested positive for Covid on the tests ordered by PA. No one has contacted me regarding current protocols and not sure how long to quarantine etc.
Liked Jennifer Gonzalez very much. Have liked the practice since I began using them. Easy to talk to and receive complete answers.
The visit was quick and easy, because I had been given the run-around by the pharmacy about a refill and the Nurse called the CVS and got it straightened out.
Jennifer Gonzales (sp?) - she is excellent, and I would recommend her to everyone and would want to have her caring for me if I have another appointment.
Very bad experience. Was Addressed only what insurance requires not my needs.
This wasn't my primary internist, as that office is booked until January. I have previously seen the provider in Waxhaw when I couldn't get a quick appointment with my internist. No problem doing this.
