It was a very comfortable and calm visit. I was apprehensive due to the fact that this was my first female wellness exam.
More about the facility: I think valet was required? The appointment confirmation/notes said to park in the yellow garage, but that appeared to be blocked off and valet only. Would have preferred the confirmation/notes to have spelled that out. I drove around a but before deciding to do the valet. It was only chance I had cash on me for tipping the valet. (I normally don't carry cash.) I did appreciate the DV screening via urine testing. It through me off a bit when I asked to use the bathroom before my appointment and they had me provide a urine sample "just in case." Seeing the sign in there made me appreciate the stealth. I hope it helps someone one day.
Dr. Kalich is the best. She is professional, warm, caring and easy to talk to. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.
Atrium needs to allot more time per patient. This and many Atrium doctors make me feel like they are just trying to get back out the door from the time they walk in. I was not made to feel as if the doctor cared one iota for me as a human but more as if I was just one more box going down her assembly line that day. If your doctors had more time and were not so rushed, they might at least have time to have a friendly bedside manner instead of rushing from patient to patient.
Very patient and I didn't feel rushed.
This appointment was everything I had hoped for. I got all my questions answered, the procedures explained in detail, and an understanding/caring provider. I was very happy with the efficiency of the appointment as well.
