Very frustrated with my experience in the waiting room. I was told to arrive early to fill out paperwork, but then didn't have any to fill out, so that was 15 minutes wasted. Then I waited 15 past my appointment time and 4 patients that arrived after me were seen before me. I felt like a number on a list. Once I got in to see the someone things went well.
