Dr. Williams is awesome. She listens and interacts with her patients where they are comfortable and relaxed. She talks them through everything she is about to do to them before she does it asking both parents and child for permission. . She has been my grandsons pediatrician since she joined the practice. We highly recommend her to everyone when asked who our pediatrician is.
Got told we need a med check up to then find out the day before the appointment that he's due for a well check. Why couldn't they have been done together.
Dr. Jennifer Williams was very attentive and sensitive in the way she treated and explained things to my daughter. I am very happy with the treatment she provided my teenage daughter. She personally called my daughter to give her her test results, and that made her feel important and cared for by the doctor. Thank you so much, Dr. Williams!
Appt ran about 1.5 hrs behind. No explanation. Baby cried herself to sleep. I understand things running a little behind, but an 1.5 hrs is quite a stretch.
We sat in the exam room waiting for the doctor for 25 minutes past our appt time. I do understand that sometimes appts will run over, but there should also be a mutual respect of the patients' time, too. It would have made our time waiting less frustrating if someone would have checked in on us or provided an update.
Dr. Williams was great! She explained care options to my daughter and myself in a knowledgeable and professional manner. I appreciate the time she took to explain things to my daughter and empower her to make decisions in her care.
Dr. Williams is amazing she was able to talk with my child. My child felt happy to be included on the decisions and know exactly how she is developing.
