Dr. Zeng is caring and thorough in each of our appointments. She listens to each concern without rushing through the appointment.

She was very good and very professional she took her time and explained everything to me she even told me what my problem was and what to do about it she said it will get better in two days and it did I will recommend her anytime she was great !

Yesterday's appointment was the first time I'd had a virtual appointment. It went really well. The doctor was patient (I opened my calendar app to retrieve some information for her and the video part of the meeting disappeared). She was both professional and warm.

The doctor was very thorough and listened carefully to my explanations.

I am unsure which care provider the feedback is targeting however, both my daughter and I tested positive for COVID. I wanted guidance for treating symptoms and return to work/school guidance. We were told different guidance for returning. I was glad that I didn't jump the gun and turn my excused note into work as I was eligible to return back sooner.

Great way to see a doctor when to I'll to go to office. Especially when no available appointments. Was my first time doing virtual. Was awesome.

She was great..compassionate, a great listener, thorough. Would def see again.
