I don't feel like my main issues were addressed. Procedures discussed during visit were not mentioned again or scheduled.
It is difficult to get refills on prescriptions when no refills remain at the pharmacy. I use Medical Pharmacy in Locust. I'm not sure if it is their system for requesting refills or Atrium's. I usually have to call the office and leave a message. Last month, I had to make three calls before the refill was approved. I understand that I needed an appointment before it could be approved, but I think that could be done with one phone call.
Dr. Jessica is great. Wonderful communicator, both transmitting and receiving, never any crossed wires. Glad to have her in Oakboro. ??

I am a new patient & I've been very pleased with the friendly helpful atmosphere at the practice. I find it ready to interact with the officer staff & the PA who is a great listener. I look forward to growing my relationship with the medical team & support staff. I really appreciate the rapid response to needs that I have. The practice is really on top of things!
One of the best and polite professionals in our community; from the time you walk in to check in until you meet your caregiver and walk out. Love this office of people. I would recommend my worse enemy to this location.
I think Ms. Allen did a fine job. The day I was there their computers were down but everything still went smoothly. Went over my heart/BP concerns and options for testing. Overall, pretty good.
Pleasant staff. Very good experience.
