Similar to many visits at medical facilities, there was an extremely long wait time (of 45 minutes) to be seen, followed by a very brief visit with the doctor. While all of my concerns were addressed and I am thankful for the quick scheduling of the appointment, the wait time was excessive given the short duration of the actual consultation.
Service from Dr. Jones was good, but nurses were rushing and not super communicative when performing a test for which my son was scared. They didn't speak to him directly or introduce themselves. They rushed the procedure and said they had other patients. Because the followup on what to do was from them, it was rushed and I had to ask a lot of followup and even ask for simple things like a note for school and guidance on when he should return.
This is not about the provider but rather the nurses that took care of us before seeing the provider. They rushed in to do all the preliminary vitals and checks before seeing the provider. They were not very friendly and mentioned that my son had myopia on one eye and astigmatism on the other, but didn't say much else along with it. Felt so rushed that I didn't even get a chance to ask about it later on during the appointment. Hope that other people don't feel as rushed when they come in.
Positive experience
The doctor was great and very thorough. However, the nurse needs bedside manner training. The nurse seemed inconvenienced testing my son for the flu. If she doesn't want to be around kids with illnesses she should find another job.
Dr.Jones is simply the best! She takes the time to listen to my concerns and is so knowledgeable. My son and I love her!
Dr. Jones was great!!. However, the staff in the office was less than great. We needed a physical release form for school sports for my son and I had to ask for them to complete the form six times. They sent it to me incorrectly six times. I drove back to the office to get the form fixed and was treated as if I was annoying the people at the front desk. The form was simply not properly completed, and no one seemed to care. It was quite disappointing. We love Dr. Jones and hope that the team that supports her treats their patients with more care and diligence going forward.

Dr. Jones showed genuine interest in my concerns and was very easy to speak to. At no point did I feel rushed through the appointment. She tried to ease my sons discomfort as he is apprehensive of doctors/offices. I was very please with how thorough she was.
Dr. Jones is wonderful! She listens well to our concerns and takes the time to address those. We love her and hope she will be there for a long time!
