I know that I will not be rushed through the appointment. My questions and concerns are all addressed before I leave. Many times I have questions come to mind during the appointment that I had not anticipated beforehand.

the scheduling department needs to let patients know when an appointment has changed. Twice i went to an appointment on baldwin ave. and was told i didn't have one. (i did have a letter with my appt date, time and location on it.)
