I think my provider and his office are great. Your survey lacks an option - the N/A option. I came in NOT for a wellness check but for a very specific reason. I disagree with the question about whether the provider asked me about my general health/wellness goals. It 1000% does not pertain to this visit.

Concerned about my progress

Excellent experience, I was able to explained my concern without feeling rushed. Plenty of time discussing my questions and symptoms and what I needed to do going forward.

Dr Laudenbach was thorough, explained well the future care he was recommending including imaging, he followed through on what he said he would be doing including consulting with my med oncologist. That made things easier and more timely for me. I recommend him.

Dr. Laudenbach is wonderful! He listens, encourages questions and explains every very well!
