At 73, walking is not easy for me. I parked in the parking lot on the emergency room side of the main entrance. I went to the main entrance because my instructions said Main. Then they told me that I had to go to the tower. It was a bit of a hike and when I got there the doors were locked. I had to wait for someone to let me in. I'm telling you this to suggest that the instructions for where the office is located could be more detailed. If I had known I needed to go to the tower, I could have parked on that side, and it would have been much easier for me.

Dr. Dubois's listened to me. He ensured that my CPAP mask was fitted properly. We discussed my treatment plan.
