Dr Story and his nurses were great. I am disappointed in the scheduling of rechecks. The doctor wanted a 6 mo recheck and I was told nothing was available for 9 mo. This doesn't help in my continuing care. My rechecks are only 30 min appointments. This is the second time it has happened. The first time it took a call to nurse to get the appointment scheduled at an appropriate time. Having been in the medical profession and had my own office, I know the receptionist tries to protect the Dr, but every effort should be made to meet the Dr's wishes. Up until this last year, this has not been a problem. Hopefully this can be addressed for the benefit of all the patients.

Dr. Story definitely lived up to his reviews! He took his time to get to know my daughter and was really invested in learning about her. It was a great relief to learn that he had treated a patient with my daughter's rare condition before. Typically, doctors in the past, didn't even know anything in regards to my daughter's condition. We never felt rushed. We definitely felt heard.

Everyone in Dr. Story's office always nice and helpful!

Everyone I saw that day was caring, informative and knowledgeable. I left very comfortable with my continued treatment and evaluations.

The testing of the connection didn't include video testing and there was a problem with it.

I was put on a wait list and they worked me into the schedule in a few weeks. Also took care of my power chair maintenance.

Whole was great

I am scheduled to be seen every 6 mths. They scheduled me to see Dr. Story in October and I would need an appointment in August. They said at the desk he had no available appointments. Dr. Story said he may refer me to Dr. Nelson. Mr last neurologist saw me every 4 months. Regardless, I would like to know asap if I will be seeing Dr. Nelson. I would like to have the appointment scheduled for 4 mth. if possible.

Dr. Story was EXCELLENT, and I definitely look forward to working with him in the future to resolve my health concerns
