I have been quite impressed with the Fort Mill location and the professionals who work there. They listen ... and more importantly, I felt "heard". The feeling of being "heard" is extremely important to patients who live with pain every day. We are not just cases in a text book... we live "our pain" 24/7. And many times, "our pain"may not mimic what is being taught. Thank goodness there are still medical professionals who consider the patient's experience a major factor as they craft a recovery plan. Thank you!

My first appointment was with the PA . Jonthomas was excellent!!

I was in extreme pain and this provider took the necessary steps to ease the pain and suggested a course of action for future treatment. He was not the doctor I had been seeing for my condition.

Receptionist, nurse and PA were all very friendly and professional.

Everyone was wonderful. The nurse that removed my bandage from my incision and trimmed the ends of the internal stitching thread was very gentle. I was anxious about how that process would go. She did an excellent job! My appointment went very well.

The first time I met with Jonthomas Elsasser, I was in immense pain and could barely move my right arm. After his treatment and exercise plan, 30 days later, I am 95% better and right on track for a full recovery. He did me right!! I'm so grateful for his encouragement and knowledge.
