The new call center system is awful. You can no longer call the office to schedule an appointment or see if they have a cancellation that day. For older people that do not know how to do online visits or drive to another location to see a doctor I am sure it is overwhelming. When I have used the call center in the past I have had the person ask me to hold while the hollered at their kids and once I could not hear them for dogs barking in the background. This speaks volumes of how important healthcare is to Atrium.
