My experience was mixed. The front desk staff was not friendly and, at times, came across as quite rude, which made the initial interaction uncomfortable. On a positive note, my nurse was absolutely amazing-attentive, kind, and professional. However, I've noticed that my doctor has become increasingly rushed during appointments and less personable, which makes it harder to feel cared for, heard, seen or fully supported by him to care for my child's needs
