Dr Ward is wonderful!
My appt was at 2:40 checked in at 2:27 was taken back to room at 3:10 , Dr came in room at 3:30 . I was in with dr 11 minutes and then had blood drawn . The fact that we must be on time however the respect for my time is not there is annoying and disappointing. The board also said the Dr was on time which was not the case.
Extremely compassionate and very understanding of situations that I have been going through I felt very happy that someone finally is listening and guiding me to better health
Dr Ward and her team are all amazing. I've actually switched my husband to her after he had a not great experience elsewhere. 100% recommended.
Dr. Ward has ALWAYS given her patients as much time as is needed AND has always listened carefully to all concerns or questions we may have. She's truly the best family physician I've EVER had, and I adore her "bedside manner" and the genuine compassion she shows whenever I have an appointment with her. She's so knowledgeable, and if she can't answer something, she finds the right answer for you immediately! I would highly recommend her, with the utmost confidence, to anyone looking for an excellent primary care physician. She's wonderful!!

It seemed to take a long time to get called back to exam room. It was way past my appointment time. There is also a boad that has how behind the doctors are but it never changed!
This was my first time seeing Dr. Joyce Ward. What an excellent doctor. She listened intently to all my concerns. She then explained things to me so that I could understand. Very caring doctor.
