Office Timing and Communication lacking I had a 8:05 am appointment, arrived @ 7:45 checked in and at about 7:50 brought into an exam room and had my EKG and stats taken by 8:05.....then I waited till 8:25+ for the Doctor with no updates on the delay from staff.... I am very interested in learning what time is long enough whereby I can charge the office for my time ? Since you have an implied cost for no show when should I consider the Appointment a no show on my end ? ? ? It should be shared/ communicate so all your customers know
