The provider was great. But, when I booked the appointment I asked for yearly checkup and to replace the birth control at same time. Tge lady on the phone said she allowed enough time but when we got there the nurse says we couldn't do that at the same appointment. I found it very unusual because a few years ago when we place the birth control the first time they did a checkup before.
