Dr. Varma took the time to explain things to me about parietal cells which no one had ever done before. She made me feel confident moving forward with my healthcare plan for this year.
I wish it wasn't hard to make an appointment with my provider. I made an appointment but some how it was canceled but not my me because I was the one that made it. I noticed that I am able to be put on the waitlist to see my provider I just want to be able to see my provider with ease of making my appointments and getting my questions answered when I go onto the portal
Dr. Varma is very intelligent and obviously knows a lot about her specialty. My main complaint is how she communicates. Most of the time, Dr. Varma talked at me. She rattled off a lot of information and did not pause to make sure I understood or if I had any questions. I was very off-put by the, almost immediate, suggestion for me to start taking a GLP1. I feel like she heard I was dissatisfied with my weight gain and A1C levels and offered up an easy suggestion. When I expressed that I am not interested in taking a GLP1, she seemed shocked. Overall, I did not feel like she heard me or my concerns in a meaningful way.

My experience was personable, a sincere interest in me and my needs not cold and uncaring as I have found most healthcare groups today that only do their jobs as ' a job' I was not rushed in and out as in part of an assembly line. Thanks...for the health"care"!
Dr varma is amazing wish more doctors where like her.
Very through, compassionate. Because of my hearing challenge, it was hard to understand her accent.
