I want to thank the pediatrician for her patience with my daughter, as she is a little afraid of doctors, and the doctor is very patient with her.

The provider seemed unable to give us her full attention and normal time due to external factors (having a student, staff miscommunications, the clinic running behind). This visit was atypical and was not reflective of our previous experiences with this provider.

The wait time is horrible we were asked to be at our appointment by 3:25pm we did not see the doctor until 4:30pm. We have a great doctor but the wait time needs to be better nobody wants to wait an hour or more just to be seen.

Not only did she take concern of my baby but she also saw I wasn't feeling well and got medical attention for me immediately

She can get my son to talk to her and she can get him to laugh. That's awesome

We love our doctor.

I would like for it to be considered that even though I make time for a wellness check I do not expect to be there for an hour. Waiting for them to check height and weight and then waiting for the student NP to come in to ask questions took at least 30 minutes. And then not having a sense of urgency when I stated multiple I needed to get my daughter to the student. I actually missed her bus stop and had to go to an alternative location to pick her up. I would just like for my time as a mother to be considered.

She is amazing- Bedside manner is off the charts. She spoke to me as an equal (not over me or rush right over me with heavy medical terminology while offering no options. It was truly a safe space for both my sweet daughter and myself. That is a true rarity and my appreciation for everything about her is infinite

The care provided was great, minus the fact that she had not read the information on my child and the reason for the appointment before coming into the room. I had to repeat everything I had already told the nurse who made the appointment. I was shocked to receive my estimate from atrium for $265 with my insurance. Without insurance, the actual cost of the 30 minute appointment is $325, which is asinine. And then, the doctor told me the appointments aren't even 30 minutes, but they are supposed to be 15-20 minutes long. I asked to self-pay and was told I would not receive the 50% atrium self-pay discount if I did so because I actually have health insurance. The urgent care I called told me the appointments at their atrium location are $50. Average appointments costs for pediatrician sick appointment, according to google, range from $75-$150. It's so discouraging as a parent that it breaks the bank just to have my child looked at by our doctor. The lady at the front told me to check with the provider and the provider said she has nothing to do with that and someone else would need to follow up with me.

Mrs. Clyburn is amazing, going to the doctor for my daughter causes great anxiety. But when she knows we are seeing Mrs. Clyburn she is excited and looks forward to seeing her pcp. She has a great bedside manner and always recommend her to anyone looking for a pcp for their child.
