We absolutely love Dr Robinson and always look forward to seeing her. She is very thorough and personable and my son enjoys having her as his doctor. We live in Gastonia and drive to Ballantyne because she is worth it!
Dr. Robinson was wonderful. What was not wonderful is that I had to fight to get an appointment. I am constantly told there are no appointments and told I need to go to urgent care. This is not acceptable. I should not have to fight so hard to get a sick visit appointment for my children.
Dr. Katherine Robinson I very patient and she answers all the queries we have on our child's health. She is very cheerful and friendly with our child and I highly recommend her.
I don't think this is necessarily the fault of the provider, but recommending recumbent PT to a child that plays soccer 20 hours per week seems ignorant. Your practice, in general, doesn't understand how the ADAPT clinic works and that feels like pawning the problem off of other providers. It could take upwards of a year to get into the ADAPT clinic and we were told to follow up there. This daughter has never even been referred to the ADAPT clinic. She's been evaluated by the physician who does refer to the ADAPT clinic, but it wasn't deemed appropriate at the time.
