The patient experience at my most recent visit felt very impersonal and like my concerns were not really listened to. I will be looking for a new provider who has more experience with how mental health and neurodivergence impacts other health factors.

I was disappointed as I expected to have a full physical and this was just a quick visit with blood work, heart sounds and blood pressure. Hoping the next visit will include much more.
The physician was okay. A little bit hurried, but my real issue was the phlebotomist. She caused significant pain. The needle went in fine but when she attached one or two tubes for the blood (I'm not sure because I didn't look), I had pretty intense pain. I would say it was the worst ever experience for me with an arm blood drawing. She needs to slow down and be more careful.
First time I've used this facility since it was an Atrium Urgent Care location. My PCP was not available and I searched for options. Extremely pleased with availability of an appointment and the professional care I received
