Everyone at this practice is always patient, kind and caring about my health needs.
Dr. Radford is amazing! Supportive, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. My only issues have been with scheduling and one of the office staff. My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled three times. I finally saw Dr. Radford on the fourth try. One of the times, for another practitioner, I got into the office to check in (after having received a confirmation text) and they told me that doctor wasn't even there that day. It was absolutely a trial trying to get an appointment this year. The other issue is that one of the check-in staff is consistently rude. I actually sighed with relief this time because a nice young lady checked me in instead of her. The one who is rude is a white lady who often wears her hair in cornrows. I get stressed just thinking about having to talk to her when I come in. She typically talks down to people, speaks with an angry tone, and is not empathetic at all. Fortunately, I didn't have to deal with that this time. I still want to come to this office though because Dr. Radford truly is one of the best doctors I have had. She has helped me through several issues, always remembers my previous needs and questions, and is personable and kind. I also want to say the nurses here are fantastic, friendly and efficient. I hope this feedback can help the office improve these few areas with issues, because overall there are so many positives about this office!
