I appreciate that Dr Coggins took the time to review my history both past and present. He then discussed my options with me and allowed me to be part of the decision. He offered me the reasoning and most current studies that backed his recommendations. I appreciate his bedside manner and professional insight.

The desk person who checked me in was most unfriendly and uncordial. She never smiled, said thank you, or anything in a friendly manner. That has not been the usual experience.
