Dr.Payne is top flight Best primary care physician i have had in years

I waited almost an hour past my scheduled appointment time to be seen by the doctor. I was the only person in the waiting room. Totally unacceptable. I was on site for more than 2 hours. I went for a follow-up on a swollen finger.

I arrived early to my appt. but was seen well over 45 minutes after my appt. time, so I'd been there a long time, only got 15 min with the Dr., and then had to wait a good while for labs to get done, all in all I was there for over 2 hours and got 15 min. with Dr. Payne for my annual physical, it was very rushed. I have to admit a tad of frustration with that.

I appreciate her knowledge, expertise and thoroughness. 10 out of 10!

Dr Payne is the absolute best family doctor I could have asked for. She listens to me, she advises me, she is very patient and delicate and fun. For someone like me who had doctors anxiety, she is blessing, because now I can't wait year after year to go see her. Grateful for doctors like Dr Keri Payne.
